A bank is actively building out its commercial presence in the Sarasota / Bradenton market and is seeking experienced Commercial Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage commercial banking relationships across the Sarasota / Bradenton market
Generate new C&I and small CRE loan opportunities
Build and grow commercial deposit relationships
Maintain strong referral partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, and local business leaders
Bring in new business and work with a credit team focused on getting deals done
Partner with leadership to expand the bank’s presence within the local business community
Target Client Profile
Lower Middle Market and Middle Market companies
Typical client revenue: $5MM – $100MM
Production Expectations
Ability to generate $8MM – $12MM+ in annual loan production (DOE)
Strong local referral network in Sarasota or Bradenton
Active involvement in the local business community
