A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its transactional practice. This role focuses heavily on sophisticated commercial leasing and real estate transactions, with particular exposure to healthcare-related real estate matters.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial leases
Handle medical office, hospital-related, and portfolio leasing transactions
Manage commercial real estate transactions from LOI/term sheet through closing
Advise on related real estate agreements and transactional documentation
Identify and resolve legal and business issues across complex lease structures
Work closely with sophisticated institutional and healthcare clients

Job Details
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
5+ years of commercial real estate experience
Significant experience with commercial leasing
Ground leasing experience is a plus
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage multiple matters and clients
Excellent organizational and project-management skillS
