Ready to be the go-to problem solver for critical commercial openings?
If diagnosing a latch misalignment in minutes and fine-tuning a closer to a perfect swing sounds like your kind of challenge, Top Lock Locksmiths & Security wants to meet you. We’re a national lock, door, and electronic security partner serving retail, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate facilities — and we’re growing our field service team with technicians who deliver first-rate workmanship.
Imagine this
A facilities manager calls about a busy clinic where the egress door drags and the panic device won’t fully latch. You arrive, identify frame issues, install a continuous hinge, rehang the door, align the strike, and calibrate the closer. Before you leave, you rekey cylinders to a new master key system, provide a clean set of restricted keys, and log photos, parts, and recommendations in our app. The manager gets clarity, compliance, and confidence — thanks to you.
What you’ll do
- Install, service, and repair commercial locksets (mortise, cylindrical, deadbolt) and high-security cylinders
- Rekey, pin, and manage master key systems; originate and duplicate restricted keyways
- Install, repair, and adjust door closers, exit devices/panic hardware, hinges, pivots, and continuous hinges
- Troubleshoot and correct door alignment and frame problems, including thresholds, sweeps, and gasketing
- Conduct on-site surveys and tailor hardware recommendations to client needs
- Document every job thoroughly in our software: photos, parts used, service reports, and next-step recommendations
- Deliver clear, professional communication and customer service to store managers and facility contacts
Bonus points for low voltage, access control, CCTV, or door replacement experience.
