Commercial Lines Account Executive (Experienced - Hybrid)

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Property &Casualty License 
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience 
• Must be assertive self-starter with the ability to influence others
• Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use personal computer and agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.  

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• EPIC software experience

Summary of the role: Serves as the primary contact for an assigned group of habitational top-tier accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.  Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Leads the relationship for those top tier clients, presents strategy and annual risk management plan, and risk control options.  Works closely with clients to identify needs including carrier resources and consult on best practices for client's distinct risk appetite.

The role will also be the renewal liaison for the balance of the producer's book with the account manager's servicing the policies.  Renewal meetings may be held for larger accounts to ensure the marketing and renewal activities are on track.  This role may also work with the Account Managers on at risk renewals and communicate with the property manager/insured for ensured success at renewal.
