    About the Opportunity

    Our client is a well-established insurance firm offering a comprehensive range of Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits Insurance solutions. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of commercial accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the entire renewal and coverage process. This is a relationship-driven position with no cold calling required — success is built on referrals and inbound leads.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire renewal process independently for each commercial account, including scheduling renewal meetings, facilitating policy reviews, and consulting on policy changes.
    • Provide quotes and estimates on new business, re-market accounts to carriers, bind coverages, and process invoices.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients, and write new business through referrals and inbound leads — no cold calling or prospecting required.
    • Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
    • Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and policy bindings in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Report to the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, in a fully in-office role.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
    • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
    • Candidates residing within 30 minutes of the office are preferred.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and renewal timelines independently.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
