Were seeking revenue professionals who are passionate about solving complex compensation challenges and driving measurable business impact for the worlds most innovative companies.The Sales Team @ PavePave's sales team is looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to help accelerate our growth and expand our compensation network. As an AE, youll play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy, working directly with HR and Finance leaders to revolutionize how companies approach compensation. This role offers unique exposure to founders, investors, and industry leaders while helping shape the future of compensation technology.What Youll DoOwn the full sales cycle from discovery through close, building relationships with HR and Finance decision-makersDrive consultative sales processes that help prospects understand and solve their compensation challengesCollaborate with product and customer success teams to provide market feedback and improve our offeringParticipate in key strategic initiatives alongside the founding team, from compensation benchmarking to sales process developmentExecute a balanced approach of working inbound opportunities while maintaining strong outbound prospecting effortsContribute to building and refining our sales playbook as we scale our go-to-market motionWhat Youll Bring1+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota achievement in the SMB/Mid-Market spaceStrong hunter mentality with the ability to source and close new business independentlyExcellence in discovery, solution positioning, and building relationships with executive stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong emotional intelligence and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholdersCollaborative mindset with the desire to contribute beyond traditional sales responsibilitiesPassion for mastering your craft and immersing yourself in the compensation technology spaceCompensation, Its What We Do.Salary is just one component of Paves total compensation package for employees.
