Summary of Position: Oversee the initial training and any continuing education of all clinical and ASC Medical Assistants and Front Desk Receptionist across the company. Monitor work of Medical Assistants, Pre-Op Assistants, Lab Collectors, Front Desk Receptionist, and Fluoro Techs to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Communicate with the Operations Managers, Providers, Regional Supervisors, and Lead Medical Assistants for efficiency and flow of the clinic and ASC This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. This position’s primary locations will be for Coastal region clinic locations (see below) and is subject to change based on coverage/business needs, and ASC operating hours. Coastal Region areas: Fayetteville NC, Supply NC, and Jacksonville, NC. Responsibilities
