Position: RN Unit Manager
NHC HealthCare Parklane is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This key management position oversees a 60-bed skilled nursing unit and plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and service excellence.
Position Summary
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative management of the assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. This includes supervision of nursing staff, coordination of patient care, implementation of clinical policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
