Participates in interdisciplinary and client rounds with pertinent health care team members to identify, clarify, and/or prevent risk, quality, or plan of care variances.
Evaluates patients'' nutritional status, develop and implement care plans, assess nutrient requirements, recommends nutrition prescriptions, evaluates patient tolerance and effectiveness, as well as communicates information to physicians and other health care professionals. - If hired on or prior to December 31, 2023, must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics AND Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
