About the Role:
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for employee health and wellness? We are seeking a Clinical Manager I, RN, to deliver high-quality occupational health services within a leading pharmaceutical/medical devices organization. This hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) is designed for RNs with 2-4 years of experience and at least 1 year in occupational medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide health services and programs to employees on company premises.
- Perform basic medical care and screenings, including vision tests, emergency care, and referral coordination.
- Evaluate workplace health risks and implement preventive healthcare programs.
- Promote employee wellness through disease and accident prevention initiatives.
- Maintain employee health records and manage medical leave documentation, ensuring strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas)
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of occupational health experience
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
