Job purposeThe Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail.

We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Job purposeThe Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail.Duties and responsibilitiesAssist with ACH contributions and distributions from investment accounts and annuity contracts.Assistance with linking outside banks to investment accounts.Processing end of year Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).Monitoring and processing investment account model changes and fee rate changes.Working with our in-house estate team to update registrations and beneficiaries on investment accounts and annuity contracts. Answer team inbound calls.Research and resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.Assist with additional projects as needed.QualificationsAssociate degree or higher.Preferred 2 years of experience in financial services; investment operations, brokerage, RIA, or account processing experience strongly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Detail-oriented.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook, Calendar, and Excel.Benefits$55,000 per year base salary plus monthly production bonus ($300-$500 monthly average)Future career growth opportunity.401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.United Healthcare PPO medical coverage for employees, paid by the company.Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and many more voluntary options.Generous holidays and PTO.Come and join a team that is making a difference in their clients and employee's lives!
