As a Client Relations Associate, you will work directly with customers and clients during live promotional events and community campaigns. Your role will focus on building positive relationships, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting the success of marketing initiatives.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns
Assist with customer interactions and provide product or campaign information
Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution
Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
