Our Plantation-based law firm is seeking an analytical and highly proactive Client Performance Administrative Assistant to anchor our client relations, track operational KPIs, and enforce regulatory compliance across our active foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation portfolios. In this role, you will act as a vital liaison between mortgage servicers, internal legal counsel, and operational units to guarantee strict timeline adherence and the flawless execution of service level agreements (SLAs).

If you thrive under the pressure of a high-volume caseload and want to position yourself at the center of legal operations, this role offers an exceptional path for career advancement and measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Client Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for nationwide institutional clients, managing daily inquiries via phone, professional email, and complex servicer portals.
  • Scorecard Oversight: Monitor client-facing performance scorecards, manage strict reporting calendars, and drive internal escalation procedures to resolve processing delays.
  • Milestone & Timeline Tracking: Auditing file progression against strict regulatory and client timelines to eliminate portfolio stagnation.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Provide core administrative backing during internal quality assurance checks, external client audits, and statutory compliance reviews.
  • Data Compilation & Reporting: Generate comprehensive legal case chronologies and compile quantitative operational performance data for senior leadership.
  • Interdepartmental Synergy: Partner directly with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations teams to ensure legal filings meet strict investor and court cut-offs.
  • System Alert Management: Monitor, interpret, and implement swift action plans for system alerts, procedural updates, and industry-specific mandates.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional Background: 2+ years of direct experience within default services, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, or the mortgage servicing industry.
  • Investor Guidelines: Foundational knowledge of GSE guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA statutory default timelines.
  • Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite combined with hands-on experience utilizing legal case management networks like Perfect Practice, ICE, Tempo, ADR, or DRA.
  • Communication Excellence: Refined verbal and written communication skills tailored to articulate complex file updates to corporate stakeholders.
  • Organizational Mastery: Highly organized and details-driven with a proven ability to balance multiple shifting deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while driving cross-functional success across diverse legal teams.
Bonus Points For
  • Direct experience interpreting, maintaining, or disputing client performance analytics and scorecards.
  • A strong, practical understanding of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure frameworks.
  • A professional background rooted in audit defense or regulatory compliance within financial services.
Benefits
  • Highly competitive salary package commensurate with experience
  • Full suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 401(k) retirement plan featuring an institutional company match
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) allocation and recognized firm holidays
  • Continuous professional development and defined upward mobility
