CLIENT LIAISON/ JUNIOR PARALEGAL needed for a long term project at a law firm in downtown Miami (possibility to go perm).  This is an onsite job Monday thru Friday, paying $22/hour.  Interested candidates please emaiil your resume to me at jmoses@phaxis.com
 
Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver high-quality customer service handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients
• responsible for managing client correspondence, verifying and uploading documents into case management systems, 
• Collect, validate, and upload client documentation into case management platforms.
• Ordering of medical records, interacting with firm vendors as needed
• Manage client expectations by explaining the settlement/claims process clearly.
• Develops and maintains records on cases.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Adept at learning and using legal software.
