Client Coordinator

The Client Coordinator is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout. Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed.

To maximize service sales within a Salon and Spa while exceeding guest expectation. The Client Coordinator is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout.

Schedule: Full time or Part time to include Days, Weekends and Holidays

Salary: $15.00/hour (including premium pay)

Essential Functions:

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.

Greet guest and escort to waiting area.

Schedule guest salon and spa services while implementing proper procedures.

Educate guests on services and products to increase sales.

Coordinate services and maximize bookings for each service technician.

Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services.

Cross-sell services.

Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings “Huddles”.

Responsible for inventory control.

Execute standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette.

Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed.

Resolve guest challenges.

Responsible for balancing and checking register drawer. Other duties as assigned.
