Job Summary
Seeking a Parts Coordinator to support order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role serves as a link between channel partners and the company, helping resolve moderately complex issues related to parts orders, product availability, configuration, and shipments.
The position is 100% warehouse-based with some data entry and administrative work. No forklift operation is required.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and resolve issues related to Service Parts orders, availability, configuration, and shipments.
· Perform data entry and maintain information in departmental systems and databases.
· Create, update, and support Microsoft Office documents and other business systems.
· Use data management and internal communication systems to retrieve required information.
· Perform supply chain and order fulfillment activities using established procedures.
· Support internal teams with standard operational activities.
· Plan and organize daily/monthly workload and prioritize high-priority tasks.
· Coordinate work activities when needed to improve workflow.
· Identify and help resolve simple and recurring process inefficiencies.
· Support audits and may have temporary schedule changes, including occasional Saturdays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Strong computer and data-entry skills.
· Ability to work with data, databases, and office systems.
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Strong planning, organization, and action-planning skills.
· Ability to follow policies, procedures, and detailed instructions.
· Ability to work independently and manage assigned priorities.
Preferred Experience
· Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred.
· Experience with inventory management or inventory reconciliation highly preferred.
· Basic experience coordinating the work of others is a plus.
· Entry-level candidates with limited work experience may be considered.
Work Environment
· 100% warehouse-based at a work center.
· Combination of parts coordination, inventory/warehouse activities, and data entry.
· No forklift required.
· Must be flexible to support periodic audits, including possible Saturday work.
