The CTO is a founding executive overseeing the development of an advanced, automated manufacturing platform for large power transformers in Central Texas.
They will define and execute the full technology stack—from design software and digital twins to factory automation, controls, and AI-driven optimization—creating a scalable, software-defined production system ("FOUNDATION OS").
The role involves leading engineering teams, setting technical standards, and integrating design, manufacturing, and testing processes to reduce lead times, automate manual tasks, and enable scalable output.
Key responsibilities include developing the technical architecture, driving product–manufacturing integration, optimizing manufacturing data, and representing the company's technology externally.
Qualifications include 12–20+ years in advanced manufacturing or automation, proven leadership in innovative, regulated environments, and hands-on experience with industrial controls, robotics, and automated systems.
