The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI's performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

    Role Overview

    The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a senior strategic and operational partner to the Vice President of Data Center Facility Operations. Acting as a force multiplier, the CoS drives alignment, execution rigor, and clear decision-making across OCI's global data center delivery portfolio, directly influencing infrastructure reliability, security, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executive priorities, staff agendas, and strategic initiative tracking.
    • Coordinate cross-functional programs and special projects, ensuring timely execution and clear accountability.
    • Prepare executive communications, reports, stakeholder updates, and risk/investment justifications.
    • Analyze business issues to surface actionable insights for OCI leadership decision-making.
    • Oversee the rhythm-of-business: executive meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
    • Identify and address systemic gaps to improve delivery predictability, cost control, and schedule adherence.
    • Partner with regional leaders, PMO, and finance to monitor portfolio health, execution risks, and capital deployment.
    • Facilitate annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and long-range capacity strategy.
    • Lead organizational effectiveness efforts, including workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, and special projects for governance and process enhancement.
