Chief Financial Officer for a national infusion therapy platform backed by private equity, formed through the recent merger. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with significant exposure to the Board and PE sponsor.
The OpportunityOur client is a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services platform delivering home infusion and ambulatory infusion center services across the South and West Coast. As the organization scales through organic growth and acquisitions, they're seeking a CFO who can build institutional-grade finance infrastructure while remaining close to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Own core financial functions accounting, FP&A, cash management, monthly close, GAAP reporting
- Lead financial diligence, deal structuring, and integration for add-on acquisitions
- Manage debt/equity financing relationships, covenant compliance, and investor communications
- Build and scale a high-performing finance organization, systems, and controls
Serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors and Investment group
What Our Client Is Looking For- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- CFO or experience scaling a finance function in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
multi-site healthcare services experience required - pharmacy/infusion background strongly preferred - Strong understanding of managed care, payer contracting, and reimbursement dynamics
- CPA/MBA preferred; demonstrated M&A leadership essential
