    ADP is hiring a Carrier Account Specialist for the TotalSource Health & Wealth Carrier Relations Team responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with our carrier partners. As a Carrier Account Specialist, you will work directly with our carriers and brokers to review and establish plans, rates, markets, and carrier performance. You will also be responsible for Open Enrollment updates and changes with the carriers and assist internal associates with questions, training, issue resolve, and other duties required in the role. TotalSource is ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution designed to help small and midsize businesses simplify workforce management.     Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Carrier Strategy Account, this person will be a key member of the team with experience working collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups, organizational levels, and functional areas to achieve results. This role has no direct reports.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

    What you can expect on a typical day:

    You will:

    • Partner with Benefits strategy team to deliver people, process, and technology enhancements across the broader ecosystem through strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and management to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization and the carriers.
    • Ownership of the relationship between the carriers and TotalSource. Maintain complete oversight of all carrier-related functions.
    • Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
    • Perform data evaluation on the ADPTS' carriers using internal and external reporting.
    • Update appropriate internal systems for plans changes, tier changes, and other applicable system related functions.
    • Communicate changes to associates and broker partners on carrier changes; subject matter expert on all related functions of the carriers.
    • Provide training and education to other TotalSource associates on carriers, plans, changes, or other areas that are relevant to the organization.
    • Participate in multiple books of business meetings upon request.
    • Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and address issues quickly as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, carriers and internal associates.
    • Communicate Benefit plan interpretations and serve as support to the Service, Implementation and Sales teams.
    • Support of BRET/New Business process by coordinating with Brokers, BRET Desk, Implementation, Compliance & Legal teams.
    • Review inquiries, escalations and complex requests to provide solutions for sales and implementation partners.
    • Responsible for capturing, organizing, and maintaining team knowledge through the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, knowledge retention, and operational efficiency.

    TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

    • Carrier Relations Competency: Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Superior organizational skills. Excellent attention to details.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Highly adaptable.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task. Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in client services environment
    • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in benefits and/or insurance
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite - proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation.
    • Strong understanding of data quality, data cleansing, and data validation process.
    • Ability to manage multiple datasets while ensuring accuracy and transforming data into actionable insights.
    • Ability to work additional hours required as necessary to meet deadlines
    • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
    • Ability to build internal and external relationships and provide excellent customer service
