    Job Title: Career Pathways Program Coordinator
    Location: Rochester, NY 14624
    Department: Learning & Development, Human Resources
    Reports To: Career Pathways  Manager
    Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 1 year grant-funded position with opportunity for renewal
    Starting Wage: $26.44 – $31.25

    Your Core Responsibilities:
    Program Coordination

    • Coordinate all aspects of the Apprenticeship and Mentor Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and participant tracking.
    • Maintain and enhance Career Pathways resources to provide employees with clear and accessible advancement opportunities.
    • Plan and facilitate program orientations, informational sessions, and skill-building workshops.

    Partnerships & Communication

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for apprentices, mentors, supervisors, and external partners, helping ensure a positive and supportive program experience.
    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external organizations.
    • Promote Career Pathways programs through internal communications, presentations, informational sessions, and events to increase participation and engagement.

    Compliance & Program Evaluation

    • Partner with Human Resources, operations teams, and external agencies to ensure compliance with apprenticeship requirements, funding guidelines, submission deadlines, and documentation standards.
    • Maintain accurate and organized participant, program, and grant-related records.
    • Monitor and analyze program metrics, including participation, completion rates, participant feedback, and career outcomes.
    • Prepare reports and use program data to identify opportunities for improvement and guide future initiatives.

    Organizational Contribution

    • Support additional Learning & Development initiatives as needed, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and professional advancement.
    • Model and promote Lifetime Assistance’s values and commitment to an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    What You Bring:

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, workforce development, business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • Three or more years of experience in program or project coordination, workforce development, or learning and development.
    • Experience working effectively with diverse populations.
    • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic database or participant-tracking systems.
    • Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and report program data.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience administering apprenticeship or mentorship programs.
    • Knowledge of workforce-development trends and best practices.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems and program-tracking tools.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
