Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year RN experience in telemetry, critical care, ER, or OR required. Must have experience in cardiac interventional cath. Must have experience in scrubbing in for procedures.
Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course preferred.
Unit Details: Functions independently as scrub nurse and circulator. Clinical work includes inserting intra-aortic balloon pumps, chest tubes, and Impellas; hemodynamic monitoring; transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR); inserting and monitoring transvenous and temporary pacing; administering conscious sedation; and using advanced respiratory modalities. Typical procedures include diagnostic cardiac cath, interventional cardiac cath, CTO and high-risk interventional cardiac cath, pacemaker implants (including leadless devices), Watchman procedures, atrial and ventricular ablations, tilt tests, TEEs, and PE thrombectomies. Patient population includes adults and geriatric patients. Philips imaging equipment is used in all 5 rooms.
Shift & Scheduling: On-call coverage is required for emergency and urgent procedures on weekends, nights, and holidays; the schedule includes at least 1 weekday call shift and 1 or more weekend call shifts per month, with a requirement to respond to STEMI callbacks in less than 30 minutes.
