Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

As a General Manager, you are the business and cultural leader of your location, driving operational excellence while championing a lifestyle of health and wellness. Your responsibilities are focused in the following key areas:  

• Culture & Implementation: Embed Earthbar’s core values into daily operations, including Integrity, Connection, Contribution, Energy and Excellence. Create nutritional experiences, support guests in their product discovery, and lead your team with empathy. Actively coach baristas and supervisors, unlocking their human potential through programs like uhp Multiversity and helping them find their true calling.  

• Operational Excellence: Manage the daily solo shifts or team shifts with flawless consistency. Maintain a beautiful, pristine store appearance that meets strict food safety standards and brand standards, ensuring a premium guest experience on every single shift.  

• Financial & Team Performance: Take true ownership of your location's micro-business. We believe that profits provide possibilities; as a manager you will launch sales building initiatives. labor models, write smart schedules that protect the guest experience, manage high-quality inventory & deliveries, minimize waste, and drive proactive sales growth.

Position requirements   

• Possess an active state Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification  

• At least 2 years of restaurant or retail generalmanagement experience.  

• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, work in close physical proximity to team members, and occasionally handle a walk-in cooler environment.  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.  

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays)—knowing that the latest you will ever be off is still early compared to traditional restaurants!
