As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within a defined geographic region by offering products, services, and solutions aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate with technical sales support and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and foster strong customer relationships.

Fueling Your Passion

As a Business Development Representative, you will lead sales initiatives, manage customer engagements, and contribute to pricing strategies while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in handling diverse accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting growth across a medium-sized territory.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales of products, services, and solutions within an assigned geographic region.

  • Managing customer relationships and handling diverse client portfolios across the territory.

  • Applying technical knowledge to support product offerings and provide customized solutions within established guidelines.

  • Collaborating with technical sales and support teams to achieve sales targets and ensure successful delivery.

  • Contributing to pricing frameworks, commercial conditions, and negotiations with customers.

  • Leading sales efforts for medium to large opportunities and supporting deal closure.

  • Coordinating multiple sales initiatives and projects simultaneously to meet business objectives.

  • Supporting regional sales strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales.

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
