We are seeking an experienced Business Development Rep to expand our client relationships in the Greater Orlando area.
This role focuses on developing partnerships with companies that need hiring support and introducing them to our recruiting and executive search services. Once a client engagement is secured, our internal recruiting team manages candidate sourcing and fulfillment.
This structure allows you to focus primarily on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, while our recruiting team handles the hiring process.
This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus on prospecting, client meetings, and building relationships with companies across the Orlando business community. You will work with business owners, executives, and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and present appropriate recruiting solutions.

This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based compensation tied to successful client engagements.
Example:
If a role is filled with a $55,000 salary and the placement fee is $11,000, the commission would be 30% of the placement fee.
