Our client, a respected boutique law firm in Lake Oswego, is seeking an experienced Business Attorney with a strong background in real estate, business transactions, business tax matters, and related areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated client work, values autonomy, and is looking to join a small firm where experience, judgment, and client relationships are highly valued.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a thoughtful, capable attorney who can take ownership of matters and projects with minimal supervision and review. Strong practical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide sophisticated legal counsel directly to clients are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of Oregon legal experience
  • Strong experience in business transactions, real estate, business tax, or related areas
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client matters
  • Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client-service skills
  • Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to handle sophisticated business and individual client matters
  • An established book of business sufficient to generate approximately 50% of workload
