Business Analyst

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise business analysis and technical process mapping.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Office Suite for documentation.

• Experience with Azure DevOps for managing agile product backlogs and writing functional user requirements.

• Experience in executing data migrations, system modernizations, and continuous change management methodologies.

• Experience with translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.

• Experience in planning and facilitating comprehensive system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver executive-ready technical feasibility presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level requirements gathering and facilitate independent workshops with executive subject matter experts.

• Architect detailed process models, context diagrams, and business workflows to streamline system modernizations.

• Translate strategic business objectives into robust technical specifications and measurable application development requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and gap analyses to support enterprise migration planning.

• Document current-state and future-state workflows to identify functional duplicates and operational inefficiencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional system testing readiness including regression, data validation, and performance test coverage.

• Support legacy application sun-setting initiatives by tracking remediation progress and verifying technical prerequisites.
