Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
Experience in eliciting and defining requirements for the design of network-connected systems, including collaboration with vendors to support solutions such as building management systems, medication distribution systems, temperature monitoring systems, and other network-enabled technologies.
Experience serving as a liaison between requesting entities (government agencies or private organizations) and vendors to gather and document requirements for network infrastructure projects.
Experience eliciting requirements for facility relocations, new construction projects, and assessing their impact on IT network infrastructure and application systems.
Experience gathering requirements and supporting implementation for Voice over IP (VoIP) systems and related communications technologies.
Experience eliciting requirements and supporting implementation of wireless network projects, including coverage, capacity, and connectivity requirements.
Experience creating and maintaining system documentation artifacts to communicate requirements effectively, including context diagrams, high-level entity relationship diagrams, and both high-level and detailed architecture diagrams.
Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood, accurately captured, and successfully implemented.
Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, specifically ServiceNow, for tracking, managing, and supporting service and infrastructure requirements.
