Business Analyst Lead

Job Overview

The Business Analyst Lead will lead an EDRS Adoption team responsible for supporting healthcare facilities and external stakeholders with enrollment, credentialing, electronic death reporting adoption, and end-user support. This role will coordinate daily team activities, identify and escalate technical and workflow issues, develop stakeholder resources, and collaborate with internal program teams to improve adoption of electronic reporting.

Job Duties

• Lead the EDRS Adoption team and provide direction on daily assignments and work priorities.
• Assign and prioritize team workload based on program needs and stakeholder outreach priorities.
• Provide telephonic and email-based support to healthcare facilities and external stakeholders.
• Assist healthcare professionals and facility personnel with EDRS onboarding and enrollment procedures.
• Assist external stakeholders with establishing and recovering SSO credentials.
• Assist users with linking SSO credentials to PAVRMS accounts.
• Provide basic end-user support, including password resets, account unlocks, and account troubleshooting.
• Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities to understand reporting workflows and identify barriers to electronic reporting adoption.
• Recommend strategies to help facilities incorporate EDRS into existing workflows.
• Coordinate with program subject matter experts and internal teams to verify application functionality and resolve user issues.
• Escalate technical problems to the appropriate Business Workflow team for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Report application defects and escalate potential deficiencies to Quality Assistance and Business Workflow teams.
• Identify and communicate common issues, adoption barriers, stakeholder concerns, and project successes to leadership.
• Develop training documents, instructional materials, and other resources to support external stakeholders.
• Refer stakeholders to appropriate training and technical support resources.
• Assist with analysis and management of facility setup within PAVRMS.
• Review EDRS usage and tailor outreach strategies based on facility adoption levels.
• Schedule and participate in routine project status meetings with program leadership.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate team progress, issues, and priorities.
• Complete required weekly timesheet and status reporting.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead.
• Experience in customer service and/or end-user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience developing training documents.
