Data-Focused Business Analyst (Enterprise Reporting & Data Engineering Support).

Company Overview: A large, enterprise-level organization is seeking a data-oriented Business Analyst to support ongoing data engineering, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The environment is cross-functional, involving close collaboration between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to build and maintain reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into clear data, reporting, and system specifications
• Partner with technical teams to support the design and delivery of scalable data solutions
• Review incoming requests for new functionality or enhancements and assess feasibility and impact
• Analyze data and system issues, identifying root causes and supporting resolution efforts
• Validate data outputs and reporting results to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution, and issue tracking
• Support implementation efforts and post-deployment stabilization
• Produce and maintain documentation for processes, data definitions, and system behavior
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to encourage adoption of data tools and reporting solutions
