Required Skills: 5 years' experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows. 5 years' experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology. 3 to 5 years' experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories. 3 to 5 years' experience with Microsoft office including Visio (for process flow creation). 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
