Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Document and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Support the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Focus on detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, often aiding both product owners and development teams in understanding and translating business needs.
• Provide tactical support for Oracle CPQ, including:
  • Attend daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive development team results.
  • Filter suggestions and conduct intake calls to refine requirements.
  • Write business requirements for CPQ development.
  • Answer questions from development teams about requirements in development.
  • Test enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements documents and user story needs.
  • Draft release notes and verify that releases to production are complete and correct.
• Participate in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0.
• Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool.
