Business Analyst

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 3 months (Hybrid/Remote)

Seeking for a Business Analyst to support the implementation and use of the Electronic Registry System through effective data management and cleansing activities.

• Conduct data cleansing for incoming and existing data.
• Manually resolve duplicate patient demographic and vaccination records.
• Process vaccination record requests and change requests from the public.
• Merge and separate immunization records as needed.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in patient records.
• Communicate with the public regarding their immunization record requests via phone and email.
• Collaborate with staff to improve matching and merging processes.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of system data.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, orally, electronically, and in-person.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in using distance communication methods such as conference calls and webinars.
• Ability to develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Ability to make decisions based on independent judgment and standard operating procedures.
