Business Analyst

TreCom Systems Group is seeking detail-oriented and strategic Business Analysts to join our expanding IT service organization. The ideal candidates will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions that support organizational goals.

• Work with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories to support requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create clear and concise reports and presentations for management.
