Description

Job Summary

This position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to report to the headquarters in Harrisburg, PA, for training or meetings, such as monthly collaboration days. The primary objective is to provide supplemental support to the Bureau, specifically focusing on the adoption of electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include effective verbal and written communication, customer service, understanding and explaining business requirements and workflows, problem identification, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an EDRS Adoption team member, assisting external stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals, with EDRS onboarding and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with BHSR staff, primarily the QAT and Business Workflow units, and external stakeholders to perform outreach, provide direct support, troubleshoot enrollment issues, and facilitate EDRS access.
  • Assist with password resets and account unlocks upon request and provide recommendations to facilities to incorporate EDRS into workflows.
  • Conduct outreach to raise awareness of EDRS and facilitate enrollment or assist in basic end-user support based on the initiative's progress.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the SSO and EDRS account request procedures and understand business requirements and workflows for instructional purposes.
  • Refer users to technical and training resources as appropriate and provide end-user support such as password management and account troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of facility setup in PAVRMS.
  • Review current EDRS usage and tailor outreach based on adoption rates.
  • Perform outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflows and recommend strategies to support electronic reporting, articulating findings to the team lead/QAT.
  • Assist external stakeholders with establishing and recovering SSO credentials and linking them to PAVRMS accounts.
  • Report defects in the application and escalate potential deficiencies to the team lead.
  • Refer external stakeholders to available training and support resources.

Operational Requirements

  • Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday.
  • Provide weekly personal status reporting by COB Friday submitted on SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the information technology industry in business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • History of successful training or technical support delivery for professional audiences is preferred.
