Business Analyst

TARGET SALARY - $105K-$115K - No Sponsorship Available

Contract or possible full time Business Analyst to support the implementation of a research administration application and suite of tools. The Business Analyst will leverage their experience to help consolidate various systems into a single integrated platform. Analysts should have experience with and understanding of Grants management (Pre and Post). IRB, IBC, and other related research and grants administration functions.

The role requires the ability to move from understanding a business need to analyzing options and recommending practical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with business process analysis and mapping, requirements discovery and documentation, software implementation, testing, training, and end-user support.

·Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to understand workflows and future-state

·Document and analyze existing processes from legacy systems.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and consolidation
• Participate in system design sessions to ensure workflows align with medical center operations and regulatory requirements
• Review and validate system configurations and integrations with existing systems
• Ensure processes support compliance with federal regulations (NIH, NSF, FDA, etc)

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

·+5 years of business analysis experience

·Experience with enterprise software implementations and consolidations

·Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·Experience in healthcare, higher education, or research administration environments

·Experience with Workday and/or other ERP system integrations
