A highly respected financial services organization is seeking a senior-level Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic technology and operational initiatives across Wealth Management, Trust Services, Custody Operations, and Investment Accounting. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, executive leadership, and third-party vendors while driving projects from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, project leadership experience, and deep industry expertise within wealth and trust operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead strategic technology and operational initiatives across wealth management and trust platforms.

  • Drive requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping, and solution design efforts.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.

  • Support a major Salesforce implementation and integration initiative.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements.

  • Implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow automation, onboarding, document management, and productivity.

  • Support Global Plus and trust accounting platforms through reporting, integrations, and data validation activities.

  • Deliver user training, business documentation, and change management support.

  • Assist with management and optimization of internal information-sharing and collaboration platforms.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience within Wealth Management, Trust Services, Custody Operations, or Investment Accounting.

  • Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

  • Project and Program Management experience utilizing Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proven experience leading technology implementations, platform upgrades, and systems integrations.

  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations, controls, and compliance requirements.

  • Salesforce CRM experience from a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Administrator perspective.

  • Experience with Global Plus and/or Trust Accounting platforms preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Strong presentation skills with experience partnering with executive leadership.
