Responsible for requirements gathering, backlog management, UAT, and stakeholder engagement for HR workflow enhancement, focusing on HR Actions processes. Will serve as liaison between technical teams and HR subject-matter experts, translating business needs into clear documentation.
Key duties include developing project plans, leading UAT cycles, creating test strategies, managing user stories in Azure DevOps, and supporting process redesign. Requires 6+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and quality assurance, with knowledge of HR processes, workflow automation, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred skills include Azure DevOps, data analysis, and experience with government HR systems. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is necessary, with certifications like CBAP or ISTQB a plus.
