Budget Analyst | Greater Hartford, CT | Fully Onsite
Our client, a growing and mission-driven organization in the Greater Hartford area, is looking to add a Budget Analyst to their team. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering strong visibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to an organization making a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

Responsibilities of the Budget Analyst:
- Manage grant-related financial reporting for funders
- Prepare the overall operating budget as well as individual program budgets
- Perform forecasting and budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Assist with general accounting functions as needed
- Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis
Qualifications of the Budget Analyst:
- 3+ years of related budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Greater Hartford area
Salary: $60,000–$75,000
