Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Assist with variance analysis and management reporting
Partner with department leaders to support planning and business initiatives
Help improve reporting processes and financial models

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2-5 years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
