Evaluate and improve billing workflows, controls, and reporting processes.
Partner with accounting leadership to strengthen internal controls surrounding revenue and receivables.
Coordinate with external tax advisors regarding sales and use tax matters.
Ensure applicable taxes are properly assessed, charged, and filed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with month-end close activities related to revenue, accounts receivable, and billing.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Experience working within an ERP environment.
Preferred
CPA or CMA designation.
Public accounting experience.
Experience with revenue recognition principles and contract-based billing environments.

Opportunity to own and improve billing and revenue accounting processes.
Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
