Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager – Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Oversee billing activities, including invoice preparation, accuracy, and timely processing.
• 
  
• Manage accounts receivable and collections, proactively following up on outstanding balances.
• 
  
• Monitor AR aging, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve payment timelines.
• 
  
• Coordinate offshore resources and collaborate with the local administrative team.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and strengthen collections practices.
• 
  

Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager – Qualifications:

• 
  
• Hands-on experience in both billing and AR/collections, including direct responsibility for customer follow-up.
• 
  
• Public accounting firm experience required; regional or smaller firm backgrounds welcome.
• 
  
• Strong communication, organization, and practice-management-system skills; CCH, iWorQ, or similar systems preferred.
