Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Position Summary

CFS has partnered with a construction company in seeking a Billing / Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team in Norfolk, MA. The AR Manager will be responsible for project billing, collections, and accounts receivable management while working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accurate invoicing and strong cash flow.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare and submit AIA billing applications (G702/G703) and progress billings for multiple projects.
• 
  
• Track and incorporate approved change orders into billing cycles.
• 
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to review project progress and percentage-of-completion data.
• 
  
• Monitor and manage AR, including collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• 
  
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.
• 
  
• Assist with reporting and month-end billing activities.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3+ years of billing and/or accounts receivable experience, preferably in construction.
• 
  
• Experience with AIA and progress billing strongly preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• 
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
•
