Responsibilities Join the opening team and support the successful launch of an exciting new restaurant and beverage program. Prepare cocktail batches, garnishes, syrups, juices, and other ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain bar readiness by ensuring all supplies, glassware, ice, and beverage products are stocked and organized. Assist with inventory management, product rotation, restocking, and organization of storage areas. Support bartenders during service by providing timely operational assistance and maintaining efficiency behind the bar. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across all bar and beverage preparation areas. Qualifications Apply now if you: Have 1-2 years of Barback, Bar Prep, or beverage support experience in a high-volume, upscale, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment. Are organized and proficient at multitasking. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Have the ability to manage inventory, stocking, and support tasks efficiently. Have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
