Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for an experienced Benefits Systems Analyst (HRIS) for one of our premier clients.


Please note: This is not a general Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or IT Analyst position. Candidates must have professional experience supporting HRIS, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Compensation, or related HR systems.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on HR systems experience and understands how Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, IT, vendors, and employee data work together.

Experience should include several of the following:

• Benefits Administration and HRIS systems
• SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central
• SAP and/or ADP
• Benefits and Payroll system integrations
• Vendor interfaces and eligibility/file feeds
• HR data integrity and discrepancy resolution
• System troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing
• HRIS implementations, enhancements, or upgrades
• Benefits and HR reporting
• Advanced Excel and data analysis
• Process improvement and automation
• Working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits teams, and external vendors

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll serve as a key Benefits systems subject matter expert, supporting the functionality, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Benefits and HR technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining Benefits system data, configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces
• Monitoring vendor feeds and resolving data discrepancies
• Troubleshooting HRIS and Benefits system issues through resolution
• Supporting Benefits, Payroll, HR, and HRIS projects
• Participating in requirements gathering, system testing, UAT, and implementations
• Producing recurring and ad hoc Benefits/HR reports
• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR processes
• Developing documentation and providing guidance to system users
• Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
