Key Responsibilities
Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conferencing
Clearly explain coverage options and answer client questions
Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up service
Participate in training and personal development while contributing to overall team growth
