Title: Benefits Specialist

Salary: $70,000-95,000

Location: Boston, MA Hybrid

Benefits Specialist Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day benefits administration across a broad range of employee benefit programs
• Manage and support increasingly complex employee leave requests and related administration
• Serve as a benefits resource for employees across multiple offices
• Partner with the benefits team to provide responsive and accurate employee support
• Assist with the organization’s transition from UKG to ADP
• Support additional benefits and HR-related initiatives as needed

Benefits Specialist Qualifications:
• Strong benefits administration experience
• Leave management experience is highly preferred
• Broad benefits or HR background with the ability to support multiple areas
• ADP experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or business groups
• Flexible, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a small team
