Benefits Project Manager

Are you an experienced Healthcare Benefits Project Manager with a strong understanding of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations, including claims administration, eligibility management, vendor integrations, and healthcare benefit plans?. Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services including claims administration, eligibility, and vendor integrations.

Salary: $60-$80K

What your day will look like:
 

• Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services including claims administration, eligibility, and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate across internal teams (claims, eligibility, IT, client services to ensure readiness
• Oversee vendor integrations of networks, telehealth, etc
• Work closely with claims and eligibility teams to ensure proper set up and administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation & major initiatives

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Knowledge of TPA operations, claims processing, eligibility, vendors, etc.
• Experience with claims administration, eligibility, or account management needed
• Familiarity of benefit plans such as medical, ancillary, or self-funded.
• Experience working with PBM’s provider networks or third-party vendors
