Project Manager

This role will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial construction background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external teams.

Responsibilities: This is an exciting Direct Hire opportunity with a growing and established company!

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity in the Greenville, SC area. This role will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial construction background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external teams. The position requires someone who can drive projects forward, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

-Requirements:

-5+ years of experience managing cost, quality, and safety of commercial construction projects required.

-Background in General Commercial Constriction is required.

-Must be able to manage subcontractors and direct reports on job sites.

-Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

-OSHA30 certification is a plus
