Are you a client-focused professional who loves building relationships and delivering top-notch service? We’re looking for an Employee Benefit Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients. This hybrid role combines hands-on client support with strategic guidance, giving you the chance to make an impact while enjoying flexibility, full benefits, generous PTO, and a great workplace culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Manage renewals, new business set-ups, and day-to-day client needs
• Identify opportunities to expand products and services
• Participate in community and client events to strengthen relationships

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in benefits or client service
• NYS Life, Accident & Health license (or ability to obtain in 3 months)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
